Celebrate All Saints’ Day (¡Todos los Santos!) with the return of our irresistible torrijas — a timeless Spanish favourite.
Made with soft brioche bread soaked in a fragrant infusion of milk, lemon, orange, and cinnamon. Battered in egg, deep-fried to a perfect golden crisp, and coated in a mix of cinnamon and sugar for that irresistible final touch.
Each torrija weighs approximately 120–160 grams.
Available exclusively until October 25th until November 16th, this product can only be picked up at our weekend markets.

Brioche (Wheat Flour, Pasteurised Free Range Egg (16%), Sugar, Concentrated Butter (Cows'Milk) (9%), Crème Fraîche (Cows'Milk) (7%), Natural Flavourings, Yeast, Salt, Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl-2-Lactylate; Colour: Carotenes; Rye Flour, Whey Powder (Cows'Milk), Wheatgerms), Orange zest, Lemon zest, Cinnamon, Milk, Sunflower Oil, Sugar.

Store at room temperature, 3 day shelf life. Serve at room temperature.
