Our products are made fresh daily and are extremely delicate, so they can only be hand-delivered. We deliver within London and Surrey.

Delivery Days & Times

Standard delivery hours are 7:00am–7:00pm, Thursday to Sunday.

A delivery time slot will be confirmed the day before your delivery date. If you need delivery at a specific time, you can upgrade to our Set Time Delivery service for an additional £30. This is subject to availability — please enquire in advance.

For corporate or bespoke orders, Monday to Wednesday delivery may be possible. Contact us at info@culynart.com to arrange this.


Order Lead Time & Rush Fees

We require a minimum of 3 days' notice to prepare and deliver your order. This allows us to source fresh ingredients and maintain our quality standards.

For orders needed in under 3 days, please contact us directly. A rush fee of £21 will apply, and fulfilment is subject to availability.


Bulk Orders

A delivery fee applies to all bulk orders, regardless of zone or order value. Orders valued over £1,000 are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Frozen Goods

We use a 24-hour delivery service to ensure croquetas and other frozen goods arrive in perfect condition.

Please note:

  • All orders containing chilled or frozen products are strictly next-day delivery.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for spoiled goods if you change your delivery date after placing an order.
  • Our packaging is designed to keep products at the correct temperature for up to 36 hours, using polystyrene (EPS) boxes and Sorbafreeze ice pads.

On receipt, please check that products remain cold and that ice pads are at least partially frozen. If products are no longer chilled or have fully defrosted, do not consume them — contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


Hampers, Gifts & Pantry Items

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order is dispatched via a Tracked 24-hour service. You will receive a tracking ID and estimated delivery date by email.

Shipping costs are calculated by package weight and are displayed at checkout before you place your order.


Missed Delivery

If our carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card with a contact number for your nearest depot and your tracking number.

You can arrange redelivery on an alternative working day, or collect your order from the depot — both at no additional charge. In some cases, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour if a signature has been obtained.

If you have not contacted us within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt, your parcel will be returned to us. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where our carrier has attempted delivery and no signature was obtained.
