Orders

Returns
Due to the fresh nature of our products, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 2 hours of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds.

Cancellations
Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours after the payment has been made. Beyond this, we are unable to offer refund or cancellation.

10% Welcome Discount
This promotion is only available to new customers for the first order through our website. The discount is not available for corporate or private events. The discount cannot be used alongside other promotions.

Delivery

Delivery area
Our products are daily made and extremely delicate, therefore they can only be hand-delivered. Our delivery area is London and Surrey, England.

If you are outside of our delivery area please send us an email and we will do our best to help you!

Delivery times
Our standard delivery times are 9am-7pm Thursday to Sunday.
At checkout you order will be automatically assigned to our next delivery window available. If you would like to receive your order in a different day, please use the calendar to select a new day. Please be aware that if the delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, all our products are delivered within a box that fits perfectly fine in any standard size home fridge.
We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer, we will inform you of any potential delay.

Delivery fees
Since our product is very delicate, we cannot use regular delivery services, and we have to hand-deliver each order. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

If you want a set-time delivery, this has an extra fee of £30. Add a note during the checkout process with your desired time.

Delivery reception
CULYNART will inform when the delivery is on its way. The customer needs to be readily available to receive the product. 
If the customer is not available to receive the delivery, the package will be handed to a neighbour or left in a safe place. The driver will take a photo of the product and where it’s left. The customer will be responsible for the items after this point.
Our fresh products cannot be couriered back to HQ. CulynArt is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Website Pictures
The product pictures shown on our the website are for reference only, specially the boards. Keep in mind that making a board is a creative process and the final result may differ from what you can see in our website. This is a small business that keeps improving every day and we want you to be delighted not only by the taste but by the sight of our products.

Availability
Although our products catalogue is fixed, the ingredients are daily sourced and some of them can be seasonal, therefore they are subject to availability and substitutions.
As you know, most of our products are coming from Spain and we may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee each and every product. We will do our best to avoid this situation to happen, but if it does we will find a suitable alternative and we will inform you of any substitution we need to make.

Food Handling
When products are received by the customer, please keep chilled and consume that same day. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. CulynArt will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special allergy requirements due the high risk of cross-contamination. Culynart will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction to our food.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with:

  • crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters)
  • eggs
  • fish

  • molluscs (such as mussels and oysters)

  • sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million)
