Made with a selection of Iberian pig meat and seasoned according to traditional recipes inherited from great masters of cold meats, the dressing including natural pepper, being filled in the traditional way and with slow, gradual curing in cellars and natural drying sheds.

Ingredients
Acorn-fed Iberian pork meat and fat, dextrin, pork protein, spices, dextrose, vegetable extracts, preservatives (E-250) and salt. GLUTEN-FREE, SOY-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE.

Keep cold between 0º and +6ºC.
Take it out from the bag and keep it at normal room temperature for 30 minutes before consumption for the best product performance. Cut in thin slices (or direct consumption if the product is already sliced) throwing away the product’s casing.
